About 20-25 min interview. Online. Very easy going recruiters/interviewers. English. I had first applied to the program on September 7th. Then about 2 weeks later they contacted me via phone. Then they gave me an opportunity for the main interview about 1 week later. Then I got offered the program 1 week later to that, so the whole process takes about 4 weeks.

they called me then sent me the exam after that I did a great interview online then they took me to the program it was a good process I recommend everyone to try this program SAP YPP program

* first I had a phone interview where I had to answer the following questions
- what I know about the program
- what I know about the Job of an SAP functional consultant
- what are my weaknesses regarding to this job and how I'm planning to over come theme
- what are the certificate that I'm going to get by the end of the program and what I know about them
* second, I had a virtuel interview where I had to answer the following questions :
- How I heard about the program
- why I want to become an SAP functional consultant knowing that I have a technical background
- I mentioned that I was a team lead so the interviewer asked me what I learned from this experience
