Interview
Three interviews with increasing levels of management. The initial interview is with your immediate manager who goes over the details of the position and asks you specific questions. The next levels are with the food and beverage director and the final interview is with the CEO. The last two interviews are more formalities than interviews.

Interview
Found the job through friend recommendation, contacted the banquet manager to arrange for interview. Scheduled the interview a week after applying. Interview location was at their hotel/office. I had previous experience in the service line, thus interview was fairly easy. Interviewer(Banquet Manager) did not ask for any academic information, only asked if I had piror working experience. Got hired on the spot after interview.
