Interview
Three interviews with increasing levels of management. The initial interview is with your immediate manager who goes over the details of the position and asks you specific questions. The next levels are with the food and beverage director and the final interview is with the CEO. The last two interviews are more formalities than interviews.
Great! The interviewer was professional, approachable, and honest throughout the process. They communicated clearly, explained the opportunity well, and were transparent about the role, expectations, and offer from the beginning.

The interviewer was friendly but the duration was quite long. 2~3 rounds of interview. Asking scenario questions and need to answer how do you handle it and outcome by using your experience as an example
