I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Riot Games in Apr 2020
Interview
Online Hacker Rank , behavioral and technical phone screen. Just avoid dont waste your time. Interview outcome is not related to technical performance. They dont even provide feed back which says volumes about their process. Every thing takes a week or more from scheduling to knowing the outcome. It took 3 weeks just for hacker rank & phone screen.
Hacker rank is easy and phone screen is review of hackerrank solutions. Seems they are not interested in technical skill but some thing else beyond technical skills. My interaction with them just reinforced the similar feedback provided by other ppl, their hiring process is geared towards forming a cult rather than hiring a professional.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Riot Games (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2019
Interview
The interview process was very engaging and the HR put in a lot of effort to make me comfortable and work within my timelines. The process was as below completed over 2 weeks including one day Onsite. The offer rollout was quick as well.
1. An initial chat with the HR
2. Technical Phone Screen -- DS and Algorithms
3. Behavioural Phone Screen
4. Onsite Technical Round -- DS and Algorithms
5. Onsite Design Round
6. Onsite Behavioral Round
7. Technical Round evaluating your Tech Stack
8. Onsite Deep Tech on your projects
Every interviewer was very friendly, explained their roles and provided a lot of insight into the company and their tech stack. I enjoyed a tour of their LA campus and was impressed by what I saw. If only I did not have a better competing offer, I would have joined Riot. They are a great bunch of folks whom I respect and wish the very best for.

Interview
To be a company that says "drives by feedback", they lack the skill to give it. After attending multiple interviews with them, calls, tests. At the end it was just an email that says "We decided to move fordward with other candidates". Replied asking if I could get some feedback to see where I lacked but there was nothing.
The recruitement porccess is very cold, seems like you are talking to robots, probably that is why they did not reply their emails, may be automatic to streamline the hiring proccess.
I dont recommend invest too much time preparing for their interviews.
