Riot Games interview questions

Recruiter was very candid and open about the job process from the get go. Had 3 rounds of phone interviews with hiring manager, analysts as well as as another lead. Technical questions were pretty minimal at first as Riot is all about their culture and LoL. I spent a lot of time studying about the game since I did not play it all all before this interview and realized what a cult following it has. SQL questions were not in the forefront and neither were behavioral type questions. Mostly, brain teasers that I do not believe truly accesses the capability of the individual as Google just realized. Not sure if this place was the right fit for me, but had a positive interview process.

They had me come back 5 times and still had no idea what they were doing. I had to advise them that I can provide consulting in recruiting as well. I felt completely disrespected. Contract was botched and numbers were wrong. After telling me they would pay me a certain rate they took that back and told me they had a better deal which was not. Not a good experience and even their senior recruiter told me that that would have been his worst experience at any company as well.
