RWS Group Localization Lead interview questions

I was interviewed for the Localization Lead position in November (Poland). The first round is a phone call with the recruiter. The second round was in 2 weeks after the 1st one. The recruiter didn't reply to my follow-up email, she called in 2 weeks and invited to the second round. The second round interview was with a Team Lead. Easy questions, friendly atmosphere. After the second round I didn't receive either rejection or offer, the recruiter disappeared and doesn't reply to follow-up emails.
