RWS Group interview questions

15 minute chat with the “Head of” and then a 30 minute chat with the “Recruitment Manager”. Really odd experience. Where I hardly said anything, but was told I would be an excellent fit and would bring a lot of expertise. Then. Ghosted. I followed up on email and LinkedIn. No response from either supposed professional. I’m at a loss as to how they think this is a suitable assessment. I was even trying to give them the option of assessing me or at least me sending them some examples of work. Just overall. A very odd experience.

A long 4-5 interview process with a project that you have to present to a panel. You meet with teammates, colleagues, and other sales/marketing leadership. The project was a specific scenario that you had to develop a plan for.
