Worst Interview Process, Irresponsible HR team. They just send salary Breakup in mail and say consider this as offer letter. When you ask for offer letter, they just say consider this mail as an offer letter and will give you hard copy of offer letter on the date of your joining. Also they ask a candidate to join in 7 days while a candidate is saying his/her notice period is one month. They dont provide a good salary also. Dont waste your time with Policybazaar

Interview process was quick. Two technical rounds(30 - 30 min) of average difficulty. They asked questions on majorly from those topics for which the vacancy is opened. But, they want employees at the cheap price, so if you are demanding hike in which they are not satisfied then they put your offer on hold and keep interviewing for other candidates to replace you. In my case, the same thing happened but they didn't get any replacement against me. So they offered me for the position but they were giving me less package so I neglected the offer.
