Interview
Interview process was quick. Two technical rounds(30 - 30 min) of average difficulty. They asked questions on majorly from those topics for which the vacancy is opened.
But, they want employees at the cheap price, so if you are demanding hike in which they are not satisfied then they put your offer on hold and keep interviewing for other candidates to replace you.
In my case, the same thing happened but they didn't get any replacement against me. So they offered me for the position but they were giving me less package so I neglected the offer.

Question 1
Technical Questions are majorly on basics of every technology mentioned in your resume.
Like how to return JSON from WEB API, Observable and Promises in Angular, Filters in MVC, Programming questions( write pseudo code on paper), OOPS etc.
HR Round: They want to see your loyalty. Show them you are willing to join Policy Bazaar, before going to this round do prepare with the history and background of Policy Bazaar.
There were 2 interview rounds, first round had .NET questions and a bit of resume go through. And they asked a lot of trick C# coding questions and a rank SQL question. In the second round, I was asked about deep dives into .NET Core concepts such as OOPS, Middleware, DI
In the interview they asked 3 Easy dsa questions: 1) Find the second greatest element in a given array
2) Merge 2 sorted arrays .
3) Find the max element in an array
The interview process lacked structure and transparency. There were delays in communication, and feedback was not provided on time. The interviewers seemed unprepared, and the questions were inconsistent with the job description. Overall, it felt disorganized and unprofessional.

They asked me to explain the difference between useEffect and useLayoutEffect in React, and when to use each one. They also asked how closures work in JavaScript and gave a small coding challenge involving state updates in a functional component.
