Pizza Hut Shift Manager interview questions

I applied for the job online and within a week I received a call to set up an interview. I went to talk to the store General Manager and we discussed my goals and why I wanted to work at Pizza Hut as well as my previous work history. I got the job but went on a trip before I began working. I have been there 2 years since.

Very lax and informal. This is a franchise location so I did not have to go through corporate "hoops" and it seemed more "right place,right time" hiring, than the right person for the right job hire.
