Submit the application. The RGM or Assistant Manager contacts the applicant to set up an interview. If applying for management directly, the Area Coach will interview the applicant, and the Human Resources head will also set up an interview. There are some tests (skills, personality, etc.), and background checks. This process can take up to about 2 weeks maximum. Mine took 1 week. Most times a job will be offered on the spot by the second interviewer if they are interested in hiring an applicant.

I was interviewed first by the stores General Manager. This took about 2 hours. I filled out and online application and took math test questions and personality questions. The General Manager then set me up with an interview with the District Manager and this took about a half an hour. I was then advised about 2 days later that I got the job and started 2 weeks after.
