I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pizza Hut (Dearborn Heights, MI) in Jan 2013
Interview
It was very unprofessional and short. Really easy interview though as expected from a minimum wage job. I'm sure the process varies slightly depending on the manager interviewing. I wouldn't expect anything to nerve wrecking. You don't need to dress up, I'm sure jeans and a decent shirt will be acceptable. Make sure you speak with clear and sophisticated language.

There really wasnt one. I filled out an app online and they called me and told me to come for an interview. I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pizza Hut (Mobile, AL) in Mar 2015
Interview
Came in and the manager was easy to talk to. She had casual conversation to get a feel of who I am. First she introduced herself and began making me comfortable. I knew I had the job because they really needed people, but she made it seem like I had to earn it. I liked that. She walked me around the store, showing me the different areas and informing me of the different job titles. She was very informative and cool.
