Pizza Hut Cook interview questions

Interviewer asked my name, school, hours available, reliable transportation. Asked me to tell her a little about myself. She had a note book in front of her. Told me if I didn't get a call from her name the next 2 days, I didn't get the job but I got the job.

Very straight forward. I went into the restaurant and asked for an application. I filled the application out and turned it in. I was contacted within a week by the manager.
