Interview
We met at a Starbucks. It was casual. He asked me questions about previous experience. There was an opportunity to ask questions about the position. They required a urine drug screen that was scheduled in advance for the following day. The most important thing is to be confident, or at least come across as confident. They want to know how you'll come across to customers that you approach.

Interview
The interview process and visit to headquarters was fantastic. It was the recruiting process after I was extended an offer that was disappointing. I exercised my right to negotiate compensation. Granted I gave up any leverage by accepting immediately I understood their position to the response that was given. During the process recruitment always stated if I had any questions or concerns not to hesitate to call. I did have questions and concerns about the average costs of benefit deductions for myself, spouse plus children. You might agree to disagree that this could effect take home pay. The recruiter kindly sent me the package via email. There was no verbal or documented disclosure to state that a firm commitment was needed asap or within .24 hrs. I took the next day collaborating and calculating different options with my spouse to determine the best gross vs net ratios. That same evening I received a voicemail and email indicating the company had decided to rescind my offer and move on to other candidates. I immediately attempted to contact the recruiter via phone and email and did not get a response back until 56 hours later. As a professional I only left 1 voicemail and 2 emails regarding my concern but made countless phone attempts during this period. I contacted the hiring manager and left them a voicemail regarding my concerns while also ending my message indicating I looked forward to working on the team soon. Like the official offer letter that was sent to me via email, there was no official documentation sent to me acknowledging the rescinding offer only an email assertion. After a lengthy professional but also frustrating conversation all that was left to say was we wish you the best of luck in your future job search.
