Interview
After applying online, I was contacted by the recruiter if not the same day, then the next day. I was asked a few questions regarding location and experience and then was informed that I would receive a link for an assessment. Following completion of the assessment, I was informed that I would be receiving a call for a phone interview which took place a few days later. The phone interview was simple and went over experience and gaps in employment. I was then asked to come in for an in-person interview.
Once in-person, I had a series of interviews (3) on site with different managers. I was on-site roughly 1-2 hours. I first interviewed with the same person I had a phone interview with but via video and then shadowed an associate to get a feel for the day to day life. All managers asked behavioral questions. My last interview was with the hiring manager which by the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

Multiple interviews that are panel interviews. The questions were more scenario's of how did you handle this situation, what would you do differently during this type of situation
there were a few interviews in order to get offered the position. The first over the phone and then there was a series of 3 face to face interviews. From that point forward you needed to assert yourself and show that you deserve the opportunity.
