Paychex interview questions

After applying online, I was contacted by the recruiter if not the same day, then the next day. I was asked a few questions regarding location and experience and then was informed that I would receive a link for an assessment. Following completion of the assessment, I was informed that I would be receiving a call for a phone interview which took place a few days later. The phone interview was simple and went over experience and gaps in employment. I was then asked to come in for an in-person interview. Once in-person, I had a series of interviews (3) on site with different managers. I was on-site roughly 1-2 hours. I first interviewed with the same person I had a phone interview with but via video and then shadowed an associate to get a feel for the day to day life. All managers asked behavioral questions. My last interview was with the hiring manager which by the end of the interview, I was offered the job.
