I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Paychex (Rochester, NY)
Interview
It was a thorough review. They use an established process (blanking which one) that seems to make it run smooth. For an architect role, it was nice that they didn't bog down the interview with questions you can easily google the answer to if you run into it in real-life.

Question 1
Q: Please diagram a system you designed on the whiteboard and talk through it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Houston, TX) in May 2018
Interview
Applied online, had a phone screening interview with a recruiter a week later, also completed on online assessment. Moved forward to have a panel interview a week later. The personnel were not very inviting. Staff members peak around the corners to see who's the urban person. I guess it was casual Friday as the two interviewers were dressed in jeans and t-shirts. All members arrived 15 minutes late. One member failed to arrive at all and decided to call out. Some questions were typical behavioral and others were negative questions about worst case scenarios.
