Overall great experience and I felt comfortable with the people. Be friendly, be confident. Talk about yourself and WHY you want to be successful. Talk about MONEY talk about making good money. They want competitive people working there.

The process was intense and thorough. I had 3 interviews - 1 with a recruiter, 1 HR knowledge based interview (with 2 HR consultants) (ensure you brush up on employment law, federal and state laws) and a final behavioral interview (with 3 HR consultants). It was an awesome experience.
Rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 on the following: handbook development, employee relations, managing multiple sites, policy development, performance management, disciplinary action etc. (I was told that would be used when asking questions in the interview)
