I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paychex (Albuquerque, NM) in Nov 2023
Interview
First interview is a 30 minute phone interview with the recruiter. Second interview is on site with a supervisor of the department you're interviewing for. If you've applied to more than one position let your recruiter know. In my case this ended up with me doing one interview with a supervisor from each department. Expect this to take 30 minutes to an hour. I received an offer the following morning. Make sure to take multiple copies of your resume with you. Be prepared to ask questions. They really liked 'for someone who is successful in this role is there anything I should know about it that we haven't discussed?' This is a star format interview. Look this up if you've never done this before.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Rochester, NY) in Sep 2023
Interview
Process was mediocre, did not hear from the recruiter for 3 weeks on the next step. Interview questions were basic, first call was with the recruiter, second was with the hiring manager and third was with another manager that works on a different team.

Question 1
Tell me about your outbound experience. How much outbound are you currently doing in your role?
Quick and easy - hiring manager, DM, then VP, then offer. You have to show that you have an eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast paced environment. Great company to work for if you're just starting out.
