Beware that this is a long interview process. For me, it took almost 3 months! First, you fill out the online application and then you receive a link to take an assestment test for math/verbal skills. After I took the test, I emailed the recruiter. After a couple of weeks went by I called the recruiter regarding my test status. The reason why it took so long was because my recruiter was on vacation and I assume he received email overload when he got back. Anyways, I had a phone interview with the recruiter regarding my resume and skills and he said someone will be calling me from the branch to do a second phone interview. Within a few days, she called me to do my phone interview and it lasted about 10-15 minutes. She told me that I would hear from her in a couple of days if I was selected for a first interview. The first interview was a panel interview with two senior payroll specialist (maybe one was a supervisor). They asked me questions from a sheet of paper and recorded my answers. They said that I would hear back from them in about a week if Iwould be selected to move forward to the second interview. After about TWO weeks or so, I received a phone call for a second interview. My second interview was with two managers and I felt like that interview went well. I was told I would hear back from them in a week if I was selected to move further in the interview process. It actually took about THREE weeks for me to hear anything! I received a call to come in for my final 3rd interview where I met the branch manager and the operations manager. The day after my final interview, I received my offer letter and instructions to do my background test and drug test!
