I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex in Oct 2014
Interview
Great communication with inhouse recruiter and follow up. Met with Hiring Manager promptly and made it to the next step for a second interview with the Hiring Manager's counterpart from a different division. Hiring Manager didn't ask a single question on the 2nd interview and let the other manager do the talking. Very unprofessional and lacked leadership.

Interview
Paychex has a long interview process so be patient it is worth it. You start off by having a phone interview. If they like you they will ask you to come in for a in person interview. Typically a potential employee will have several in person interviews before they give you an offer. Once you are offered a job you have to pass a drug and background test.
