Interview
Took an online test, next day recruiter called to schedule phone interview. Few days after phone interview I received a call to schedule an in person interview. Interview was a bit odd, they didn't ask about job history, skills, responsibilities, or even working at Paychex. They asked several situational/behavioral questions. A few days later I received the Dear John letter.

Interview
The interview was pretty straightforward with them asking you the typical interview questions that most employers ask. I felt pretty comfortable and they explained the process throughly enough to where I did not have many questions.
