I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Harrisburg, PA) in Dec 2013
Interview
The interview process began with a phone interview, then an interview with the Branch Manager, and finally an interview with the Customer Service Supervisors. Once the employment offer was made, you had to schedule a urine drug test and they would conduct a background check. The interviews themselves take about 2 weeks to complete. It's about another 2 weeks until an offer is made if you are choosen, and then about another 2 weeks for the background check and drug screen to come back.
