Panda Express interview questions

phone interview, worked at Panda Express for 1 day to test it out, panel interview,

I applied online, Attached resume and took personality test. About a week later received a call for a phone interview. Pretty basic stuff about customer service, Food preparation and people management. I thought the conversation went well with the exception of the interviewer not really willing to consider that retail and other management experience would be the same as managing a fast food restaurant. I had plenty of food service experience but had been in retail and business management for most of my recent jobs. I received an E mail about 3 days later thanking me for applying but they felt that they needed someone with more specific experience.
