The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Panda Express in Jan 2012
Interview
Phone interview was very general. (why do i want to work for that company, run through of resume, hobbies, interests, do you know anything about the company? ex. it's 5 values) The book "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" is suggested for the in person interview with the hiring managers. If hired, the book becomes mandatory.

Question 1
Name 5 situations where the 5 values of the company relate to your life?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Panda Express in Dec 2011
Interview
The Interiview with the HR talent manager was good, very pertinant questions and feedback. The panel interview was a bit of a disappointment. The panellists did not eplain their roles in the company. The one who appeared to be hiring manager didnot even ask any questions. The questions were all asked by the senior director and it seemed that the they had already come with a decision. I guess going through the recruiter wasn't the best thing to do.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Express in Jun 2009
Interview
I initially heard abou the position via a friend that already worked there. She referred me to the manager, and I received a phone call about two weeks later requesting an in-person interview. I arranged to go in and have an interview the following week. The interview itself was very easy. She mostly asked me logistical questions about my background and credentials. Luckily, there were no behavioral questions. I heard back from her the next day telling me that I was hired.
