Interview
Came in and it was a little busy, we sat down in the lobby away from people. Manager shared his heart and what he expects of me. He didn't really ask me specific questions. we talked about our work ethics and work beliefs. I overheard his other interviews with other people and they are all different but equally genuine.
I came in and felt like I had an offer when i stepped into the building!

Interview
The interview was very brief, probably the shortest I will ever have. It lasted about 5 minutes in all honesty as far as questions went. The only thing was waiting to be interviewed which I waited maybe a total of 2-3 minutes before I was interviewed. I was offered a drink of course. I was asked maybe a total of 3 questions, nothing serious. The assistant manager was really nice, made me feel comfortable with the idea of working there. They shared personal experience of working there for the first time. The entire process itself was short. Applied one night, got a call the next morning for an interview, paper work done within the next 2 days and first day was 2 days after that.

Interview
Very easy and not hard with 100 questions. Just be yourself and don't over think the question get they ask you any. Always ask a few questions back, like what can to company do for me. What daily challenge can I do. What can I learn.
