I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Fremont, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Very quick, easy interview. The manager was busy at first, but as soon as she was ready, the two of us found a quiet area outside the restaurant and she started asking me questions. She was super sweet, but I don't think she had interviewed many people before me. I applied online and received a phone call a few days later with an interview request. After the interview, the manager later followed up with a phone call to ask if I had gotten my work permit yet.

Very easy going interview. The manager was very interested in what I had to say, and was very down to earth with me. They didn't have a job opening at the location I applied for, but they made a position available to me at one of their other locations.
