Panda Express General Manager interview questions

Initially received call from General manager of local store asking if i was still interested in working there. I had an interview the next morning with same person but was told immediately he did not make decisions that his higher up made those decisions based on his notes and recommendation. Asked behavioral questions pretty basic.

I applied to general manager position and next day they called me. I wasnt available to talk at that time and went to panda express store to have an interview in person. she was so kind. then they called me for second interview. then third and last one was panda preview. I dont like their interview process, they were not professional. during panda interview I met the general manager of the store. he was supposed to teach me some stuff and show me how to make fired rice etc. but his english was awful. I really dont get how he got the job. one of the requirements of the job is to teach and lead people. so he doesn't have any of this. I am sure I was pretty good at interview process but I didnt get any offer.
