Panda Express General Manager interview questions

Called a week after applying to set up a phone interview the next day. The phone interview was very intense. There are a lot of question, more than the actually interview and we talked for more than 20 Mins. After the phone interview I was contacted 5 Mins later to set up a person interview locally. Interview went very well. The interview was very distracted by watching the store and it was very crowed in the restaurant that day. He asked similar questions to the phone interview. I was called 4 days later to offer me a lead counter job! Thank you but no. I have good experience. Very disappointed and somewhat insulted by the offer. Person I talked said I could work my way up within a year.

PX is currently utilizing Taleo system to accept online application and the local managers/ACO would call the candidate for interview accordingly. Once you pass the first interview (phone and person) for manager position, often time a second interview, an on job evaluation (OJE), is provided and you will need to 'show your potential' at that time to see if this job and the candidate fit well. As for the regular crew position, no OJE will be provided.
