I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oracle (Boston, MA) in Feb 2021
Interview
Easy interview process. Basically just checking to see if you want to become a sales person or if you are going to bail for something else in one year. They might ask some "technicals" but nothing crazy.
I had a recruitment screening call followed by an assessment day and then several zoom interviews. Relatively fast process from the recruiter and took maybe one and a half months in total.

Question 1
How would you go about selling complex software? Tell me your approach.
Pretty straight forward, walked through my resume and asked behavioral questions. Pretty conversional. Asked questions around sales. The first round was a group interview and then it was an individual interview.
