Oracle Business Development Manager interview questions

I applied online for a very interesting new position. One day later I got an email asking for a phone interview 1 day after. A week later I had a personal interview at their office.

First step was a call with a recruiter, followed by another call with the Senior Director. They were both very friendly, open and accessible. The next step going forward is a personal interview. I've been told they make a decision very quick. I'm still hoping to be selected for the personal one.
