Round 1 - Online video interview with HR and direct working manager Round 2 - (2 weeks later) Face to face Case study presentation and interview: I was given a case study to complete within 3 days of the interview. it was mostly on customer segmentation and proposed strategy. The interview and presentation took 2 hours. The panelists were mostly friendly and engaging Cons: Following the interview, the HR representative asked for my payslips, degree and even IC to draft an offer. There were also talks on a potential starting date. However, after 2 months there was no response from them even after checking in with him. Putting in so much effort only to be ignored and not given any closure on the interview status speaks alot about their company culture.
