Moderate difficulty level of the interview. Technical interview was followed by HR round. In technical interview they check your basics and a little advanced topics.
You should be thorough with the basic concepts and your projects(that you are showing in CV).

Asked about Cache implementation (since I had a project on cache implementation using verilog)
1 screening round followed by 4 face to face rounds. All are technical.
Round 1: Mostly on CMOS
Round 2: Digital circuits, RC ckts and work ex

Round 4: On PVT and thinking

Question 1
There is a wire of length 100 um with a delay of 100 us. Now we break this wire from 2 points one from 20um and another from 50um and insert buffer. The delay of the buffer is 30us. Now what will be the resultant delay of the circuit.
HR contacted me and set up the interview. 60 minutes interview each. The first interview was easier, the second interview was comparatiely harder. Questions covered topics from Computer Architecture, FIFO depth, RTL design, encoders , basic C codes and Systemverilog.
