I applied on the NHS jobs site, they sent an invitation for interview which was going to take place 5 weeks later. I had 3 interviewers. They did my interview an hour early, as I had came early and the candidate wasn’t here yet, so I agreed to do my interview. All were really friendly and tried to make you feel less nervous. They all asked about 8 questions. Interview lasted 20 mins.
Quite a long application process online with many stages and questions that require elaborate answers and then progressed to a face to face interview which was fairly straightforward and easy.

questions are. in-depth and thorough to the area of which you decide to work in and follows that of a personality-based interview format.
