Interview
Straight forward interview questions, nothing to catch you out. Friendly interview panel. Asked about previous experience and work history, and some example based competency questions. Have some examples prepared for different scenarios, and understand confidentiality and safeguarding etc. Good experience overall.
Just an informal interview with two managers. Who were both chatty and pleasant to talk too, Made a few jokes which calmed my nerves. questions were very straightforward and easy to answer. Heard back the same day and was offered the job.
