Full of competency based questions - some of them would not be relevant to you if you haven't worked in Health or the NHS before ... a good process that can be let down by the people conducting the interviews
Online testing very difficult, many tests to get through including numerical reasoning. Very long process, took a while to hear back on progress. Did not get passed the online testing to assessment centre.
