NHS interview questions

Informal at the time but interviewing process very much more stringent now. Was known to the employer at the time due to having done some temporary work there so this made it more infromal as had been working together in the very recent past.

First round was a screening call with HR which included basic behavioral questions and what you are looking for in a job/company. Second round was basic behavioral questions with team members and managers.
