I was taken into the interview room and we had a chat about the job role and duties, my experience and suitability, where the job could go in the future
Short, like they'd made their mind up before even asking me any questions. They spent a lot of time talking to each other instead and didn't seem very interested in me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NHS (Bristol, Angleterre) in Oct 2023

Interview via Teams. It is a mid-level and new position with some management. A good and peaceful experience. They are nice and clearly explain the job. We are happy and looking forward to 2nd interview
