Question 1
Q: How many times does your heartbeat in a life time?
The process was not that intimidating. The interviewers were relaxed. They really wanted to get across the fact that there can be a fair amount of confrontation, and some members of staff may take their frustration out on you. Apart from that it wasn’t too bad or too long. Was only about 20 minutes. Didn’t get it in the end though.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NHS (Wakefield, Angleterre) in Aug 2014
Interview
The panel asked me about my weaknesses and strengths. They have also asked me how would I behave in certain situations / my skills etc etc. Overall it was a positive process.
