I don't remember what were the behaviour questions but you can check 50 most asked ones from google. As for tech interview I was presented with customer case: they were getting insufficient funds http status code while accessing azure api and asked what will be my recommendations. I suggested making a separate queue with messages with consumer firing http calls with rate limiter. Then there were questions about high availability vs fault tolerance vs disaster recovery.
