Multiple rounds of interviews. They’ll interview you, take a month to respond. Not hire anyone and keep posting the same jobs up for over a year, on repeat. If you check Linkedin there are no new hires to that title and the same Linkedin job post keeps getting recycled. So watch out - these aren’t real jobs

I've only done the first interview so far. They asked me standard behaviorals-- why Microsoft, tell me about a time you solved a conflict within a team, etc. Had time for questions at the end. Interviewer was very kind and conversational.
