Great and very well structured process. Recruiter is extremely savvy about the whole process, the group and the job requirements. First was a recruiter round, followed by a phone screen, followed by virtual onsite round. Questions were to the point and tried to understand the general competency of the candidate.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in Feb 2022
Interview
My interviewer had prepared some questions based on my resume, but turns out it was someone else's resume, so he had to improvise when that came to light. He was extremely poker faced. No friendliness or warmth, or any attempt to make me comfortable. He asked the questions as if from a list, and after I would give a detailed answer, he would type out a poorly summed up version of what I'd said, verbalizing as he typed. Zero actual dialog. I tried to cover a bit of ground in my answers to anticipate follow up questions, and his follow up questions were often exactly what I had just answered, as if he wasn't listening. It was just a dry unpleasant interview.
