I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta in Aug 2022
Interview
First there was a standard call with recruiter, who managed to convince me to get into the process. Then they had some kind of hiring freeze for two months or so, and after this period they returned to hiring, so Screening Interview was scheduled. Finally I declined, as I've got more interesting offer and I didn't find Eng Manager role @Meta being really interesting for me.
The worst thing was that despite of myself asking for a feedback from the interview, I didn't receive anything constructive, which was unprofessional in my opinion.
Looking at the above and overall situation at Meta, I feel like the company is not a good place to be these days.
