Interview
There are four rounds for non voice process, HR, Written , Typing and Ops
In HR round they will ask you about yourself and about your past experience and if you are fresher they will ask you about your hobbies and strength. In 2nd round you have to answer few questions of English , reasoning and one application or apology letter or email .
Typing should be 30 wpm with 90 percent accuracy.

Interview
First there is just a general HR round for which you have to wait for about 2 hours (walk in). Then there was an interview with the manager followed by a technical round. Then i was told that they will contact me. I was called for the final round after a week. And then i got a confirmation call from HR over phone.
