I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mars (Chicago, IL) in May 2018
Interview
I applied online at the beginning of April, HR contacted me at the end of May to set up a phone screen. The phone interview went really well, HR stated that they were interested and I was a top candidate. Even said hiring manger was interested and excited to meet me. Said we would be in contact in a week to set up an in person interview.
It is now the end of June (a month after the phone interview) and I have yet to hear back regarding my in person interview or anything. I even reached out to HR to ask for an application status update and received no response. My application status online now says "requisition closed" instead of "under consideration" like it did during my interview process.
Extremely unprofessional that they could not get back to me and tell me they had chosen another candidate, or anything along those lines. Why seem interested during the phone screen, then completely fall off the face of the earth?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mars (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2012
Interview
I had an on-campus interview first followed by an on-site interview a couple of weeks later. The on-site interview consisted of three parts. The first consisted of a case-study that had to be presented by a team; they had us team up with other candidates and the interviewing panel witnessed our team dynamics and problem-solving for about 30 minutes. The second part was an individual presentation on a topic I was provided the evening before. I only had 20 minutes to present + 10 minutes Q&A. The third part was an individual interview with 4 team members, who would be 2 peers and 2 senior managers.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mars (Leeds, England)
Interview
Sent in CV, and was asked to complete a couple of tests in return after two weeks. HR then called to ask for an interview (another two weeks after) and to tell me to prepare a 10-minute presentation on my skills. The interview was held by two persons in a small room, rather informal and pleasant, lasting an hour in total.
