I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mars in Mar 2016
Interview
Online application with four competency based questions followed by logical online tests. Then a short telephone interview (20 mins). The interviewer described it as more of a 'chat' than an interview with obscure questions. I got the feeling that mars wanted to get a feel for my personality rather than wanting me to sell myself. The interviewer was friendly and answered any questions I had at the end very well.

I applied to this internship through my school's formal interview process / on campus recruiting. The company and its HR reps were super nice, answered all my questions and were great about keeping in touch. Overall, a positive experience.
