Marriott International Server interview questions

I waited for about 2 hours but when I finally got to talk to the general manager is was a very pleasant experience, they asked for a resume and my work history and where I lived prior to Fort Wayne. I also had to take a drug test after the interview.

Application was online, called for an interview within a week, first interview was very extensive. A lot of in depth questions. Second interview was just meeting with the hotel director. Process was fairly easy.
