Marriott International Server interview questions

I applied online did the assessment and they got back with me within a week. Then I set up an interview. Met with the food and beverage director and HR representative. It was fairly easy they just asked about my previous work experience and they liked the fact that I have a degree in hospitality. Asked me a few situational questions and hired me on the spot.

External venue rented out for hiring fair. We wait in line and are called up to different stations with managers, hr staff, and even the CEO for interviews. Interesting experience!
