Group interview session began with a form to fill out with a few questions on, these were a mixture of practical questions like what days can you work and more abstract questions like if you had £1m to give to charity which would you choose and why?
The rest of the group session we were given tasks to do in groups relevant to different current campaigns or products, obviously you are constantly being watched and evaluated. Lots of people were incredibly extrovert and loud which can be intimidating if you are not like that but I think that they also take into consideration how well those people can work as part of a team. It's best to be yourself.
Top tip: Show an awareness and genuine interest in the ethics.
After that I was called for a trial shift which was good to see whether I the role would suit me.

Question 1
If you had £1m to give to charity which would you choose and why?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lush (Birmingham, Angleterre) in Oct 2013
Interview
Was a group interview with about 15 people, we were asked to fill out a short questionnaire about ourselves then pick a product and deliver a sales pitch to the group on the product you chose- top tip - always demo the product and show how it is used, this goes don really well in LUSH stores.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lush (Rotterdam) in Aug 2016
Interview
1. round: writing an "original" resume-email
2. round: if invited, invent a new, fictional product for Lush in a 5 minutes pitch in a group
3. round: if chosen, work in store for approx. 2-4hours
- in my opinion a very demanding procedure for such a low paid job.
