LinkedIn takes their hiring seriously and aims for high standards. If you’re well-prepared and comfortable with tough algorithm problems and scalable system design, you’ll find the process fair. However, the experience can vary depending on your interviewers. Make sure you prepare well beyond just LeetCode—think about communication and clarity, too.
I was invited to the technical screen after the first recruiter call. The technical phone screen started with brief intro and some general BQ questions (related to my resume). I then was asked 1 leetcode easy and 1 medium level coding questions.
