It took about 3 months after I applied to receive any communication for an interview. Had to complete an assignment prior to getting to interview. Moved on to the interview process where the interviewers stuck to a script . Was then told I am one of the final candidates and they wanted to do reference checks. Overall after the initial correspondence it took about a month between assignment, interview, and reference checks.

The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Lawrence Berkeley Lab (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2020
Interview
Online submission, followed by screen and then panel
I was 'screened' by Jackie (Executive Recruiter), who was incredible at helping educate me about the role, the team as. well as the broader organization.
Jackie cemented my sense that LBL would be an incredible organization to be part of. The panel team I met with were also solid professionals with (my sense) no ego. They were truly engaged in getting a sense of fit.
While I did not get an offer, I wish the team and LBL all the best!
